In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6, CT UK High Income Trust PLC ("the Company") advises that as at 31 December 2024 the Company's issued share capital consists of 102,067,144 Ordinary shares and 32,076,703 B shares, of which 18,244,491 Ordinary shares and 1, 617, 953 B shares are held in treasury.

Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in CT UK High Income Trust PLC is 83,822,653 Ordinary shares and 30, 458 ,750 B shares.
