Exercise of Options

Equipmake, the UK-based engineering specialist pioneering the development and production of electrification products across the automotive, aerospace, bus, and coach industries, announces that it has received notice to exercise options from Jasmine Bishop, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") to  Equipmake Executive Director, James Bishop , to subscribe for a total of 2,775,132 new ordinary shares of £0.0001 per share ("Option Shares") (the "Exercise"). These share options were due to expire on 25 November 2031.

The 2,775,132 Option Shares were exercised at £0.0001  each and the total proceeds from the Exercise are £277.51.

Following the Exercise Jasmine Bishop's interest in Ordinary Shares, including her PCA's interest is 3,951,602 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.42% of the Company's issued share capital, with voting rights.

Application for Admission

Application has been made for the Option Shares to be admitted to trading on the Aquis Apex exchange ("Admission") and dealings are expected to commence on or around 16 November 2023. The Option Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

Total voting rights

Following Admission, the Company will have 951,004,541 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company has no shares in treasury, therefore the figure of 951,004,541 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
