Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the aerospace, defence, space and telecoms infrastructure markets , announces that on 9 April 2024 the Company received notification that Mr M.H. and Mrs D.M. Dixon hold 36,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 16.70 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
