Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the aerospace, defence, space and telecoms infrastructure markets , announces that on 22 May 2024 the Company received notification that Mr John Rockliff holds 5,919,990 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 2.73% per cent of the Company's issued share capital, and has therefore crossed below the 3% threshold required of shareholders to disclose a major holding.
