TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R the Company hereby notifies the market that as at 30 August 2024:

the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 231,191,303 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"); |

the Company held 7,334,942 Ordinary Shares in Treasury; and |
| · |
the total number of voting rights in the Company was therefore 223,856,361. |
The above figure, 223,856,361, may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
