The Company announces that the following nil cost share options over the Company's Ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Shares") were granted to PDMRs, on 4 March 2024, in accordance with the rules of the Company's 2018 Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP").
Matthew Beesley
- Granted 934,367 nil cost options under the DBP 1.
Wayne Mepham
- Granted 313,922 nil cost options under the DBP 1.
1. 1. DBP options are exercisable in three tranches between 4 September 2025 and 4 March 2032, 4 September 2026 and 4 March 2033 and 4 September 2027 and 4 March 2034.
These awards are subject to continued employment over the deferral period.
