Market Purchase of Company's Own Shares
Notification is given that pursuant to the authority granted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 11 September 2024 to make market purchases of the Company's own shares.
A market purchase of 319,120 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the Company was made on 22 October 2024 at a price of 313.4107p per share.
The shares will be placed into treasury.
The issued share capital of the Company remains at 1,373,150,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p per share; following this purchase into treasury, the total voting rights and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 1,187,999,630 shares.
