Appointment of Non-Executive Director
PPHE Hotel Group, the international hospitality real estate group which develops, owns and operates hotels and resorts, announces the appointment of Roni Hirsch as Non-Executive Director to its Board of Directors, effective today.
Mr Hirsch is Chief Executive Officer of Red Sea Group ("Red Sea"), a role he has held since 1993. Red Sea is controlled by Eli Papouchado, who, together with his family trusts, owns 32.93% of the voting rights in the Group.
Mr Hirsch was previously a director of Red Sea Hotels Construction (1993) Ltd., Red Sea Hotels Promotion & Land (1994) Ltd. and Ramat Hasharon Properties (2032) Ltd. each of which was placed into voluntary liquidation. No further information is required to be disclosed under Listing Rule 6.4.8.
