Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., the leading government relations, public affairs and strategic communications group , announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will today, 25 April 2025, be published on the Company's website at https://pphcompany.com/ . The AGM will be held at the offices of Burson Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom, on 15 May 2025 at 10:00 A.M. BST . Additionally, the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2024 has been published on the PPHC website https://pphcompany.com/ today, 25 April 2025, and will be posted to shareholders shortly, in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
