Final Terms dated 3 March 2025 in respect of The Sage Group plc. £300,000,000 5.625 per cent. Notes due 5 March 2037 guaranteed by Sage Treasury Company Limited issued under its £1,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
