Final Terms dated 27 January 2025 for J Sainsbury plc's £250,000,000 5.125 per cent. Notes due 29 June 2030 issued under its £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

Final Terms dated 27 January 2025 for J Sainsbury plc's £300,000,000 5.625 per cent. Notes due 29 January 2035 issued under the Programme.

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 17 January 2025 relating to the Programme, which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of the UK Prospectus Regulation.
