Skillcast Group plc, the provider of content and technology for digital compliance transformation, was informed that, on 27 January 2023, Richard Steele, Chief Financial Officer, bought 56,497 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 17.7 pence per Ordinary Share. Richard Steele, now has a total beneficial interest in 56,497 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
