Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 31 March 2025, it purchased for holding in treasury 113,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,413.56 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 53,413,727 ordinary shares held in treasury and 123,694,231 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
