Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 26 March 2025, it purchased for holding in treasury 115,683 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,467.20 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 53,099,297 ordinary shares held in treasury and 124,008,661 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
