Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 22 April 2025, it purchased for holding in treasury 111,457 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,342.63 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 55,164,435 ordinary shares held in treasury and 121,943,523 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
