Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 23 April 2025, it purchased for holding in treasury 125,164 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,389.35 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 55,289,599 ordinary shares held in treasury and 121,818,359 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
