Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 7 April 2025, it purchased for holding in treasury 115,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,273.1694 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 54,120,485 ordinary shares held in treasury and 122,987,473 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
