System1, the marketing decision-making platform www.system1group.com announces the following disclosure regarding a directorship held by one of the System1 directors.
Sophie Tomkins, non-executive director of System1, was appointed as a non-executive director of Internet Mobile Communications Limited ("IMC") in April 2024. On 19 June 2024, joint administrators were appointed to IMC.
