TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, announces that it was informed that Mark Clubb, Executive Chairman, purchased an aggregate 117,977 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 11.53 pence per share on 3 January 2025 and 6 January 2025.
Following this purchase Mr Clubb now holds 4,160,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 8.43% of the Company's issued share capital.
