TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, announces that it was today informed that Mark Clubb, Executive Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 22.0 pence per share on 03 April 2024.
Following this purchase Mr Clubb now holds 4,016,860 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 13.39% of the Company's issued share capital.
