The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 9.30 a.m. on Wednesday, 19 June 2024 at UKIE, 18a Blackbull Yard, Hatton Wall, London, EC1N 8JH.
The voting results of all resolutions put before the AGM will be announced shortly afterwards and published on the Company's website.
