Further to the announcements made on 10 April 2024, 22 April 2024 and 29 July 2024, Tesco PLC (the "Company") announces that on 15 November 2024 it has purchased, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Company, the following number of ordinary shares of 6 1/3 pence on the London Stock Exchange pursuant to its existing £1 billion share buyback programme.

The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the purchase of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 6,755,317,679. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
