Broker update

Tirupati Graphite (TGR.L, TGRHF.OTCQX), the specialist flake graphite company and supplier of the critical mineral for the global energy transition, today announces the resignation of Optiva Securities Ltd, with immediate effect.

Following its appointment announced on 22 March 2024, CMC Markets UK Plc (LSE: CMCX) ("CMC") will continue to provide broker services to the Company.
