Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that on 8 April 2025, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ("Berenberg"), in accordance with the terms of the share buyback programme announced on 18 March 2025 (the "Buyback Programme").

Since 18 March 2025, the Company has purchased 2,273,144 Ordinary Shares for cancellation, at a cost (excluding dealing and associated costs) of ~£5,333,515.
