Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that on 23 April 2025, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ("Berenberg"), in accordance with the terms of the share buyback programme announced on 18 March 2025 (the "Buyback Programme").
