The Nordic leading player in occupational health will pave the way for digital development in the industry. The goal is for digital processes and data analysis to help more employees feel better and to create sustainable workplaces throughout Sweden.

With the new digital working method, Avonova will increasingly base its approach on data analysis. This can, for example, entail capturing and structuring data from patient records, employee surveys, and sick leave reports. The purpose is for their client companies to become even better at implementing preventative measures regarding employee health.

"In the future of occupational health, the individual will be even more central. For us, it is important to be a proactive advisor, and I am also convinced that the right combination of human and technology will be a decisive success factor in our industry," says Jonas Arlebäck, CEO of Avonova Group.

The new digital initiative includes, among other things:

  • A new digital platform that makes it easier to book services.

  • Local presence is complemented by the provision of digital expert knowledge.

  • So-called digital competency pools that offer unique access to consultation and specialists, regardless of where in Sweden the customer is located.

  • As part of the digital development, an administrative customer center will also be established in Linköping, which will become an important piece in the puzzle of the increasingly digital occupational health of the future.

"The initiative is being carried out alongside a continued strong local presence in various parts of Sweden, and the customer center will support Avonova’s health centers in terms of quality and continuity for customers," says Jonas Arlebäck and concludes; "Looking a little further ahead, we also want to focus on AI in health work. I believe that AI can play an important role in the future, both as proactive support and in treatment phases."
