Dura Sverige AB (publ) has today published its audited consolidated financial statements and annual report for the financial year 2024.
Group management notes that the financial performance presented in the consolidated financial statements is not directly comparable with the 2024 pro forma financial performance of the Dura Group as it is structured following the reorganization completed on January 10, 2025. Further details are provided in the Management Report section of the annual report.
