Ernströmgruppen acquires Cromocol Scandinavia AB.

Cromocol, with its headquarteres in Borås (Sweden), is a company that focuses on instruments and equipment for testing materials and components as well as complete solutions for plant growth rooms. The products Cromocol markets come from world-leading manufacturers, known for their quality and technological innovations. Cromocol's customers are mainly in the Scandinavian market, but also in neighboring countries. In 2020, revenues amounted to SEK 32 million, with good profitability.

Some of Cromocol's supplier contracts have been in place and active for over 50 years. The company values long-term relationships, both with its customers and suppliers. Their staff has extensive technical competence and many years of experience in material testing.
