ONE Nordic has acquired Tectel, a company based in Vindeln, Västerbotten County. Tectel provides operation and maintenance services as well as carrying out smaller projects for energy grid owners in central and northern Norrland. Locally, it also has a large service offering including everything from installations and property services to consulting and turnkey contracts. Tectel is a firmly established company with a good reputation in the market, and its experienced team has an in-depth understanding of both its customers and its field operations.
Tectel’s current management team and employees will continue working for the company, and the existing owners will remain as partners. These were important factors for ONE Nordic in this transaction. The current owners’ and employees’ long-term commitment to the company is highly valued by ONE Nordic.

ONE Nordic will operate Tectel together with its subsidiary Lapplands Elnät. Tomas Ölvebring, the current CEO of Lapplands Elnät, will be responsible for both companies. With this acquisition, ONE Nordic has become a significant operator in both central and northern Norrland, with excellent opportunities for expanding its already successful business in areas such as wind power.
