A long relationship is extended when the home electronics chain NetOnNet renews its agreement with Resurs. The collaboration between the partners is now being further deepened to meet future demands from customers.
NetOnNet sells home electronics at lower prices than in regular stores to consumers and businesses, through e-commerce and around thirty warehouse shops in Sweden and Norway. In 2022, NetOnNet was named for the third time as the best omniplayer (which means that it operates in both in-store and online) in the Nordics and also as the best omniplayer in home electronics in Northern Europe by Google.
For the past ten years, Resurs has been the supplier of various financing products that NetOnNet has offered its customers. The new agreement includes financing opportunities for NetOnNet's customers both online and in-store.
– NetOnNet is one of our biggest partners, and therefore it feels extra good to continue this relationship, and work even closer together. It feels extra nice to receive a receipt that our transformation journey is not only important for us as a bank, but also for our partners and their customers, says Nils Carlsson, CEO at Resurs.
– We are happy that NetOnNet shares our view and vision. The extension also clearly shows that we understand the needs in both e-commerce and retail, says Johan Havelius, Senior Commercial Manager at Resurs.
The fact that Resurs is on a transformational journey with the goal of creating new conditions for customized products and for future e-commerce solutions has been important to NetOnNet in the dialogue about the extension.
