This is Sareq's thirteenth acquisition overall and second in 2024. The acquisition is made by Sareq's portfolio company Nitton93, with OSS Nordic operating as an independent sister company to Nitton93's existing operations in Sweden and Norway.

As part of bolstering its offering to the retail and service trade sectors, Nitton93 has acquired a
majority stake in OSS Nordic AB. OSS Nordic will continue to operate as its own entity within the
Nitton93 Group. The company's CEO, Anna Helldin, and Studio and IT Manager, Therese Bäck,
will remain in their current roles.
Founded in 2017, OSS Nordic specializes in corporate branding and store communication, helping
businesses and organizations enhance their visual identity and build their brand. Based in
Sollentuna outside Stockholm, OSS Nordic has sales offices in Oslo, Gothenburg, Sveg, and
Jönköping, where warehouse and logistics facilities are also located. The company generates
approximately 85 million SEK in revenues with strong profitability.

several years. We're thrilled to have found a new partner in Nitton93 who shares our customer
focus and values, and who wants to help further develop OSS Nordic."
