Sonny Mirborn has been appointed as the new Group CEO for XPartners Samhällsbyggnad AB ("XPartners"). Sonny has previously held several leading positions in companies with strong growth and has good experience in leading and implementing a strong and profitable expansion, often driven by acquisitions. He comes most recently from a role as Group CEO for listed Alcadon Group AB, and has previously held leading positions within the serial acquirer Addtech, as well as companies such as CTM Lyng and Rutab.

Sonny Mirborn will take over as CEO of XPartners in October 2024. With his experience as CEO of several companies with a clear acquisition agenda and in strong growth, in both listed and unlisted environments, he knows what is required to create the conditions for XPartners to grow in a fast acquisition rate and expand according to a clear plan in a decentralized environment.

Current Group CEO Olle Bertfelt will continue to be involved in XPartner's future development by stepping into the role of regular board member.

During his career, Sonny has been involved in building and developing businesses in Europe and has completed many acquisitions, integrations and sales processes.

XPartners Samhällsbyggnad was founded in spring 2021, and currently includes 19 companies with a presence in large parts of Sweden and Finland. The group today generates approximately SEK 1,3 billion in turnover and has approximately 800 employees. In April 2023, investment fund Axcel joined XPartners as a new capital-strong majority shareholder to support XPartners in driving growth, including by adding additional technology consulting companies to XPartners. In addition to Axcel, XPartners is primarily owned by former shareholders of the respective companies that make up XPartners.
