The technology consulting group XPartners continues to grow through the acquisition of the Finnish construction consulting company Planera Oy. The number of employees thus increases to almost 1100, and the total annual turnover is expected to reach approximately SEK 1,9 billion. Through the acquisition, XPartners strengthens its offer with specialist services in construction management throughout the Nordics.

Planera was founded in 2015 and is a construction consulting company with a focus on renovation projects in the Helsinki region. The company offers services in planning, project management, consulting, supervision and energy efficiency, from project start to service and maintenance.
