The technical consulting group XPartners continues to grow through the acquisition of the Finnish construction consulting company RAPP. The number of employees thus increases to almost 1100, and the total annual turnover is expected to reach approximately SEK 1,9 billion. Through the acquisition, XPartners strengthens its offer with specialist services in construction project management across the Nordic region.
"It is incredibly gratifying to welcome the RAPP team to XPartners. With their expertise in project management in the construction sector, RAPP will enhance our offering in Finland, strengthen our market position and help us deliver even greater value to our customers in the Finnish market,” says Sonny Mirborn, CEO of XPartners.
RAPP was founded in 1990 and specializes in construction management and consulting services. The company offers comprehensive solutions including project management, construction management, property development and project services. RAPP focuses on residential, public and commercial properties as well as infrastructure projects, mainly in the Helsinki area, Tampere and Lahti.
"We look forward to becoming part of XPartners and working together towards common goals. We will continue to focus on delivering outstanding results to our customers. I look forward to exploring new opportunities together with our employees and partners and creating an even stronger and more successful organization," says Vesa Koskeainen, CEO of Rapp Oy.
"I am really pleased with how XPartners has approached this collaboration and their understanding of RAPP's strengths and position as a leading consulting company in construction project management. We have developed our service offering and our business for many years, and joining a larger group feels like a natural step to grow and become more international," says Juuso Hämäläinen, founder of RAPP Oy.
Since spring 2021, XPartners has worked to develop a platform for community development, where different companies and specialists collaborate to create greater synergies in the work towards a more sustainable society. The business model is based on value creation through collaboration and entrepreneurship, where each company continues to operate under its existing brand but benefits from the advantages of being part of a larger group.
"The partnership between RAPP and XPartners is completely in line with our long-term vision to become a leading consulting platform in the Nordics and Europe, with a focus on creating a more sustainable society. We look forward to achieving new successes together,” says Sonny Mirborn.
