The technology consulting group XPartners grows further with Aqvila and M& E Engineering (M& E) joining the group. The number of employees thus increases to over 970 and the total turnover is expected to reach approximately SEK 1.7 billion. Through the acquisitions, XPartners takes the step into the Danish market and broadens its presence in the Nordic region.

Since the spring of 2021, XPartners has worked to create a nationwide multidisciplinary community building platform where different companies, skills and people collaborate for higher exchange in their work with the transition to a more sustainable society. The business model is based on value creation through collaboration and entrepreneurship, where each company continues to conduct its business under the same brand as it did before, but benefits from the advantages that group membership provides.

Aqvila was founded in Århus in 2010, and is active in Denmark and the rest of Europe. The company specializes in delivering complete solutions and advice, from initial planning to project management for mainly larger industrial projects.

M& E Engineering was founded in 1998 and has a comprehensive range of expert services in electric power. The company operates in several major projects, including bridge and tunnel construction as well as house building projects.

About M& E Engineering A/S
M& E is an established consulting company in Denmark and offers its customers a wide range of expert services in electric power, and operates in several large bridge, tunnel and house construction projects. The company has around 20 employees with expertise in electric power and offers services such as planning of low and high voltage installations, project management, consultancy, analysis and commissioning.
