Bruton Limited (the "Company") refers to media speculation regarding a potential transaction involving the Company.

The Company has initiated a strategic review to explore how to maximize shareholder value. As of today, the process is ongoing. There can be no assurances that the Company will enter into any transaction or that any such transaction will be completed.

The Company will not comment on media speculation and will provide further updates when and if required.
