Ratio: Bruton Limited owns 61,923,808 Norwegian Depository Receipt (“NDR”) in OMC Tankers Ltd. Bruton Limited has issued 61,923,808 NDRs. One (1) NDR in OMC Tankers Ltd. (“OMC Shares”) will be distributed for each NDR in Bruton Limited.

Ex-date: 25 August 2026

Record date: 26 August 2026

Date of distribution of the OMC Shares: 27 August 2026

First day of trading of the OMC Shares: 28 August 2026
