Coala-Life Group AB (publ) has completed a rights issue of units, for which the subscription period ended on January 22, 2024. The rights issue is now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the last day of trading in paid subscription units (“BTU”) will be February 8, 2024. The record date for conversion will be February 12, 2024, after which the BTUs are converted into new shares and warrants of series TO3 ("TO3") on February 14, 2024. The new shares and TO3 will be traded on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, where the last day of trading in TO3 is June 10, 2024.
