Idag drivs de flesta motorerna på bensin och bolagets motorer ämnar vara ett substitut för nuvarande motorer på marknaden. Bolagets produkter säljs under separata varumärken och distribueras till marknaden via återförsäljare och regionala distributörer. OXE Marine grundades 2012 och har sitt huvudkontor i Ängelholm.

Today, the board of OXE Marine AB (publ) has resolved to draw up a control balance sheet (Sw. kontrollbalansräkning).

The board of OXE Marine AB (publ) has resolved to draw up and have the auditor review a control balance sheet. Immediately after the control balance sheet has been drawn up and reviewed by the company's auditor, the board will publish the outcome and, where appropriate, call an extraordinary general meeting in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act. The board is actively engaged to increase the available equity in the parent company.
