Members of Prolight Diagnostics AB’s (publ) ("Prolight" or the "Company") board and management have committed to subscribe for units in the ongoing rights issue. In addition to previously communicated subscription commitments, Prolight has received additional commitments from Karl Bullen (COO) and Masoud Khayyami (Chairman of the Board). The Company has thereby obtained subscription commitments from the Company's board and management of approximately SEK 12.9 million, equivalent to 13.0 percent of the rights issue.
