TapTravel Nordic AB announces today that the company's annual report for the financial year 2025 will be published on June 12, 2026, which is later than previously communicated.
The delay is due to increased audit work in connection with an ongoing change of business systems. The new date ensures that the company can present a complete and accurate financial report.
The delay constitutes an event of default under the terms and conditions of the company's senior secured bonds (ISIN NO0013326041) and super senior secured bonds (ISIN NO0013699975). The Event of Default will be remedied upon the company's publication of the annual report.
