TapTravelNordic AB (publ) - Payment block

Taptravel Nordic AB (publ) (the “Company”) has today been informed that one of the Company's lenders has invoked a so-called “payment block” under a creditor agreement that the Company has entered into with certain of its creditors, including the lender in question and the agent under the Company's outstanding bond loan with ISIN NO0013326041 (“the Bonds”).

As long as this payment block is in place, the Company may not make any payments under the Bonds, including interest payments. The Company is evaluating the situation.
