On 5 January 2026, interest fell due under the super senior bonds with ISIN NO0013699975 (the "Super Senior Bonds") issued by Taptravel Nordic AB (publ) ("Taptravel" or the "Company"). The interest payment has been delayed due to an administrative error. It was made by the Company on 5 January 2026 and will be received by the holders of the Super Senior Bonds on 9 January 2026. Default interest for the period from (but excluding) 5 January 2026 to and including 9 January 2026 will be paid in accordance with the terms and conditions for the Super Senior Bonds.
